Our current message theme, Becoming Kingdom People (BKP), explores Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7) as the foundation for living as citizens of God’s Kingdom. Each week unpacks the radical values, heart posture, and practical lifestyle of those who follow Christ—not just in belief, but in action. From the Beatitudes to loving enemies, from prayer and fasting to trusting God fully, we’re invited to become people who reflect heaven on earth. This is not just about behavior modification—it’s about heart transformation. Together, we’ll learn what it means to Become Kingdom People in a world that desperately needs light, truth, and grace. In this week’s message, titled Peace in the Storm (The Lord's Prayer), we explore Matthew 6:1–15, where Jesus invites us to trade public performance for private trust. In a world driven by noise, anxiety, and appearances, Jesus teaches us the way of quiet faith—through sincere giving, humble prayer, and the power of forgiveness. At the center is the Lord’s Prayer, not just as a script to memorize, but as a roadmap to intimacy with God. As Kingdom people, we find peace not by avoiding the storm, but by anchoring ourselves in the presence of the Father who sees in secret and rewards with peace.
